Batch 1 February 2011: Variety Cheese

Assalammualaikum & Good Day semua :)

Dalam kelas variety cheese, akan pelajari 3 cara penyediaan dessert beransurkan cheese - steam-bath, kukus & chilled. Lima jenis dessert yg akan dibuat secara hands-on ialah orange cheese cupcakes, tiramisu cupcakes, strawberry jelly cheese, rich choc cheese brownies & cheese tart. Walaupun semua yg dibuat size kecil (cupcakes size) tapi cara2 untuk buat kek yg besar juga akan dipelajari. Banyak tips2 berguna akan diberikan untuk menambahkan kecerian hasil dessert berunsurkan cheese ni!

Kelas dihadiri oleh Syahida (Bangi), Yantie (Gobak), Salina (Melawati), Laily (Shah Alam), Roshidah (Kajang) & Aspalila (Puchong). Semua hasil yang telah siap, dibawa pulang!
